We got to drive over this range... Awsome

Lots and lots of black bears up here.. we have seen around 60-80.  Only 8 grizzlies, which we don't stop and photo....
 Checking out some bears....

With 150 mile range... a lot of gas stops on the F650... but you get to meet a lot of interesting people, who want to talk to you because of the bikes....

A nice place to stop for a rest

Not much traffic up here and you have the roads to yourselves...

Camping along gold country

It's june.. but the snow never leaves the high country

Over the top on our camp fire...?????

Met two peddle bike guys at this gas station, one was from Sweden and had been riding from Peru and another guy has been riding around and around the world for the last 15 years....Never sees winter.... They wanted the bear report... which was lots of bears

A small ice flow

Trees growing out of a dead tree

Lots of water falls

OK...!!! How about a sign to the restroom....????

Sore Butt.....????

A hard earned brake

Down in MT.  buffalo jump.  We met a farmer who let use open a gate and drive on his cow path to see it...

At the end of the same cow path was camp Disapointment of the Lewis and Clark trip.  Not open to the public..  The farmer thinks it will be gone in a few years, because the river keeps washing it away.

Looking at stuff at the buffalo jump... the farmer let us have some keep-sakes... very cool

We stripped down the F650 and double up to make it down 3 miles of a cow trail.. to the jump and camp
Last day 649 miles, 101f , 35mph winds in North Dakota, and back home at 11:00pm

I love the wolf track in the middle of the A

 The " Why Bother P.D. "

Having fun

The flowers are everywhere and are so bright.. the pictures just don't do them justice.  I think because the growing season is so short they have to attract.. the bummble bees fast....

Seems like every road is a post card photo.
